What customizations do you offer, and what's the minimum for each?

Branding: Laser engraving your logo on the kettle or handle- no extra cost for orders ≥500 pieces. Packaging: Custom kraft boxes (with your logo, product specs, or barcodes)- minimum 300 pieces. Details: Changing the handle's wood type (e.g., beech to oak) or adding a brand tag- minimum 1,000 pieces. We'll send you a sample of the customized product before mass production to confirm.

How do you prove the titanium is pure and safe?

All kettles use 99.6% pure titanium from certified suppliers. We can provide third-party test reports (material composition, heavy metal leaching, corrosion resistance) on request. You're also welcome to send an inspector to our factory to check production and materials in person.

What transaction methods do you accept?

T/T: 30% deposit upfront, 70% paid when we send the B/L copy (best for first-time orders). L/C at sight: For large orders (≥1,000 pieces) or international clients who prefer letter of credit. D/P: Available for trusted partners who've ordered with us 1+ times.

Can we get samples before buying in bulk?

Yes- we'll send 1-2 free samples (with the kettle, handle, and standard packaging). You just cover the shipping cost, and we'll refund that cost once you place a bulk order that meets the MOQ.
